Job description

About Raydium

Raydium is a leading DeFi protocol on Solana, providing fast, low-cost liquidity infrastructure for builders and traders. We power a growing ecosystem of integrations and are focused on making it seamless for developers to build on top of Raydium.

The Role

We’re hiring a Developer Relations Engineer to join our Growth team and take ownership of the developer experience on Raydium. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on:

  • Supporting integrators end-to-end
  • Improving developer experience and documentation
  • Driving ecosystem growth through direct engagement
  • You’ll act as both a technical partner to developers and the internal voice of builders, helping shape how Raydium is used across the Solana ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with teams integrating Raydium (DEXs, wallets, aggregators)
  • Help debug issues across the stack (transactions, RPC, SDK usage, edge cases)
  • Guide partners from first integration to production readiness
  • Identify friction in the integration journey and remove it
  • Improve and maintain documentation, SDKs, and examples
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ship DX improvements
  • Write clear, practical guides and integration walkthroughs
  • Build reference implementations and example apps
  • Create content that developers actually use (not just read)
  • Run workshops, hackathons, and technical sessions
  • Engage with developers on Discord and other channels
  • Represent Raydium when it matters (events optional but encouraged)
  • Explore new interfaces for interacting with on-chain liquidity
  • Stay current with Solana infrastructure (transaction delivery, RPC strategies, etc.)
  • Evaluate and prototype new tools, including LLM-powered developer workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with TypeScript / JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of Solana (transactions, accounts, RPC, performance considerations)
  • Working knowledge of Rust (able to read and reason about on-chain programs)
  • Experience integrating or building on blockchain protocols
  • You naturally think in terms of “what makes this easier for developers?”
  • Strong debugging skills—comfortable going from vague issue → root cause
  • Ability to write clear, useful technical documentation
  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Comfortable speaking to developers (workshops, calls, demos)
  • Proactive and assertive when engaging with partners

Nice to Have

  • Experience in DevRel, open-source, or developer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with DeFi primitives (AMMs, routing, liquidity)
  • Experience with high-performance Solana patterns (tx optimization, batching, etc.)
  • Exposure to LLM-based developer tools / AI-assisted workflows

What Success Looks Like

  • Developers can integrate Raydium quickly with minimal support
  • Documentation is clear, practical, and widely used
  • Increase in high-quality integrations across the ecosystem
  • Strong relationships with key builders in the Solana space

Compensation & Setup

  • Location: Remote (EST or CET preferred)
  • Team: Growth

Why This Role Matters Raydium’s growth depends on how easily developers can build on top of it.

This role directly shapes that experience—and by extension, the entire ecosystem. If you care about developer experience, real adoption, and working closely with builders, this is a high-impact position.
