Job description
Loopscale is hiring a Finance & Operations Associate/Manager to help run the finance and operations function as the company scales. This role is based in New York City; candidates already based in NYC are strongly preferred, though relocation may be considered.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience, ideally at Associate/Manager level rather than senior
- Investment banking or big bank / big finance background is a must-have
- Hands-on finance and/or operations experience preferred (treasury, FP&A, accounting, fund/trade ops, or similar)
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior crypto or Web3 exposure (not required)
Location
- On-site in New York City preferred
- Open to candidates based anywhere in the US; relocation considered case by case, particularly for candidates already in NYC
Compensation
- Up to approximately $200,000 base (client has not confirmed an exact range)
