At R3, we are building the on-ramp for the next trillion dollars of assets to move on-chain, bridging the worlds of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). We are launching institutional-grade RWA yield vaults, fully composable and integrated into Solana DeFi.

About the Role:

We're hiring a Product Manager to lead delivery and product as our protocol moves from invite-only soft launch to public launch. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving core team of about five engineers within our 90-person product company. Your job will be to keep the roadmap accurate, decisions documented, and the launch date on track.

Initially, the role is about delivery discipline: keeping the roadmap up to date, setting meeting agendas, maintaining a decision log, and making sure engineering syncs end with clear decisions. Once you're settled in, your focus will shift to product ownership, including lending-market and DEX integrations, permissionless vaults, retail onboarding, and launching a new Earn product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery discipline: Own the roadmap. Share agendas ahead of meetings, take notes, and maintain a single decision log the team relies on.
• Integrations: Manage third-party integrations end-to-end, including lending market partners and permissioned RWA DEX distribution. Write one-pagers and PRDs, set parameters, and see them through to production.
• Engineering partnership: Turn product goals into clear, actionable issues for the core engineering team. Remove blockers daily and focus on managing scope if deadlines are at risk.
• Own partner and curator flows: Collaborate with curators, custody, oracle, KYC, and fund administration partners to make sure subscription, settlement, and redemption work smoothly, on-chain and off.
• Product ownership: Lead the permissionless vault, retail onboarding, and Earn product workstreams from idea to launch.

Requirements - Must Haves:

• Ownership and start-up pace: You spot issues outside your main responsibilities and take action, flagging any problems early.
• Web3 fluency: You know lending markets, collateral, looping, LTV, liquidation mechanics, vaults, and stablecoin yield well enough to discuss integration details with a protocol's founding team and earn their respect.
• 5+ years in product or technical program management, with 2+ years delivering on-chain products to mainnet as part of a crypto-native team.
• Engineering credibility: You can work confidently with Rust and Solana engineers, reading technical specs, and turning product ideas into actionable issues on your own.
• Comfort with regulated constraints: KYC, KYB, jurisdiction gating, and legal reviews are part of your regular workflow, not blockers.

Requirements - Nice-to-Haves:

• RWA or tokenization background: NAV pricing, T+1 and T+2 settlement cycles, fund administration, and transfer restrictions on secondary markets.
• Developer-facing/API product experience: API-centric products where developer experience is the differentiator.
• Third party integration experience: such as DEXs, lending markets, wallets, neobanks, or exchanges, including handling commercial negotiations as well as technical work.
