Torque is Solana-based loyalty and rewards infrastructure - on-chain campaigns, quests, and point/token incentive programs that let crypto projects drive and reward user engagement. Lean team of four, moving fast.
The role
We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to own the visual and product experience across Torque's dashboard and campaign tooling. Hands-on, individual-contributor role - no team to manage, just you and the product.
What we're looking for
- A UI/UX Designer with strong product design taste - clean, considered visual execution
- Comfortable owning a product end to end, from flow to polished UI
- Web3/crypto familiarity a plus, not a requirement
Location
Miami preferred (bonus for being on the ground); open to North America and Europe with East Coast working hours
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Web3 and crypto design principles.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual and product experience across Torque's dashboard and campaign tooling.
- Manage the product end to end, from flow to polished UI.
